Partners for growth

One of the largest, independent accountancy, tax and business advisers in South Wales, Kilsby Williams came to us at an exciting phase of growth for their business.

With a rapidly expanding client portfolio, and a doubling of their number of Partners, Kilsby Williams were seeking to invigorate their brand identity to align themselves with the profile of existing and potential clients, and their own evolved internal values.

We have had a long working relationship with Kilsby Williams so, of course, we were delighted to help.

Solution

We began by convening Partners and colleagues for a Brand Blueprint session to understand their stakeholder groups, gather insight into their competitive marketplace, delve into current and aspirational client perceptions, and fully understand their internal organisational sense of self and purpose.

From this, we developed a new brand marque and visual style, introducing a fresh new colour palette. To support this new visual, we added impactful and dynamic positioning straplines to be used across online and traditional marketing channels.

We conducted and directed multiple photoshoots across a number of key locations with Partners and the wider Kilsby Williams team, creating a vibrant suite of photographic assets for use across a broad range of marketing devices. This photography was also used to support PR activity to launch the new brand and visual identity.

We applied the new visual design and brand system across a wide range of marketing collateral including exterior signage, on display and visible to all passing traffic on the busy M4, client facing and internal documents, pitch presentation assets, advertising and animated assets for social media.

We went on to apply this new visual, redefining the Kilsby Williams’ web user experience. We created new wireframes, and developed responsive web designs, allowing the user experience across mobile, tablet and desktop to be optimised. The result was an engaging new website and a powerful client acquisition tool.
