Respond Healthcare deliver invaluable prescription, dispensing and support services for ostomates, UK wide.
We were invited to launch their innovative new product – a one-of-a-kind spray, that offers ostomates simplicity and convenience, daily.


The ground-breaking product was ready – our role was to introduce Respond’s innovation to the healthcare market which included stoma nurses and ostomates.

We began with product photography in the studio and then moved to developing the overall launch campaign concept – thematically, visually, accompanied by an impactful narrative.

The spray replaced the need for multiple products, which led to the overarching theme of the campaign – ‘The One’.

Our copywriters defined the campaign headlines and straplines.

Our designers developed the artwork and visuals for both traditional and digital marketing assets. Digital assets included animations, a campaign web landing page, and social media content.We created the campaign explainer video, writing the storyboard and script whilst designing all artwork and animated elements.

We developed traditional marketing assets that included direct mailers to our target audience, stoma nurses, sample packs to ostomate influencers, as well as exhibition stand collateral.

Such was the success of the launch campaign; we were asked to revisit and build on the campaign theme ‘The One’ for a secondary sales push, and to tie in with annual national events such as Valentine’s Day.
