Previously known as Kenton Floors, Woodpecker Flooring came to Stills with the objective of aligning their brand with its company’s strategic goal to create more demand from consumers through various channels.
Research indicated that Woodpecker (previously a sub brand of Kenton Floors) had more resonance and therefore the decision was made to make this the lead brand.
The emotional connection comes from their naturally inspired flooring, encouraging customers to rediscover feelings of walking in natural surroundings when experiencing the Woodpecker brand.
We worked with Woodpecker to take the new brand and the emotional connection through all customer touch-points including brochures, videos, photography, cinemagraphs, website imagery, POS and content.
Woodpecker is now a customer facing brand that not only looks great but also connects with customers and prospective customers on an emotional level. We were the winners of the Best Brand Initiative at the 2017 B2B Marketing Awards for our work on this project.
